The following investigation was conducted by
SA CARLOS L. KIRBY, JR., at Galveston, Texasi
)On January 2, 1964, THOMAS J>10c10ENNA, 1527_ .
Broadway, advised he is employed by Raymond R.. Rapp, Jr.,
and Associates, Architects, Room 417, Stewart Building, •
220 - 22nd Street, Galveston, Texas. McKENNA stated he
lived at either 3103 or 3105 Harvard Street, Dallas, Texas,
prior to moving to Galveston approximately one year pre-
viously. McKENNA stated his home telephone number at
1527 Broadway Street is SO 34022.

He stated that about two years ago he, together
with his wife, attended a show at the Adolphus Hotel,

allas, Texas. The operators of this show are B Y RAY -- j.
WILSON, who uses the show name Britkl-Wall, and JOE ETERSON,
WILSON and PETERSON reside at the Adolphus Hotel.
After the show, at WILSON's suggestion, he,
together with his wife, PETERSON and WILSON, attended the
show at the Carousel, and WILSON introduced him and his
wife to JACK RUBY, operator of the Carousel. *After the
show was over at the Carousel, RUBY accompanied by an un-

known individual todkhim, his wife, WILSON and PETERSON to
breakfast at the Cotton Palace Bowling Alley, McKENNA
stated this is the only time he had ever seen RUBY, and he
remembers nothing about RUBY other than he appeared to be
a friendly and pleasant individual.
McKENNA

stated he never met LEE HARVEY OSWALD,
knew nothing about OSWALD, and in his contacts with RUBY
he received no information indicating that Ring was acquainted
with OSWALD.
McKENNA stated that BILLY RAY WILSON lived with
him and his wife for several years.

after President KENNEDY was shot, WILSON and PETERSON
visited his home here, and shortly after WILSON arrived
